Radisson Udaipur

The Radisson saved our trip in Udaipur after being scammed by another hotel on Booking.com! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tamisha at the front desk who helped us when we arrived. We realized that the hotel we just left had taken our passports and not given them back. Tamisha and the other staff called the hotel and helped my friend get a ride back to the other hotel to get our passports. They let me check in with a picture of my passport given the circumstances and gave us a huge room with a beautiful view of the city surrounded by the mountains. Once we had the passports, we went up to the restaurant and met the manager Sunil who kept the bar and kitchen open late for us since the ordeal had made us check in so late. Our stay at the Radisson exceeded our expectations and it was silver lining to our crazy scam story. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and the breakfast every morning was excellent. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderfully and cooperative staff.. Special thanks to tansiha who handle our booking.. But Poo rating to Night staff who not placed the Extra bed after knowing that room is booking on tripple occupancy.. We have wait approx 30 min for extra bed.

I traveled to Udaipur with my Daughter and we had a very comfortable stay at the Radisson. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. The Breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. Smiling and attentive.

The property is nice with really spacious rooms to make the stay comfortable Breakfast spread is good, so was the a la carte menu
